New Hope Baptist Church was established in 1821 and we are a part of the Southern Baptist Convention. We hope you find your time spent here a blessing. Our church is a warm and loving church, and we want you to feel comfortable. Feel free to browse through the various areas of our website and learn about our fellowship.

The purpose of New Hope Baptist Church is to come together to worship and glorify our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, while maturing together as believers through His teachings; to proclaim the gospel to our community and support missions around the world, and to minister to the physical, spiritual and emotional needs in and around us.

Giving Tree
New Hope Baptist Church of Elsberry is actively seeking families in need this holiday season. If you are one of those families, or have a family in mind, please fill out the form in the link below. You will need to have ready:
- the first and last name of the Contact Person and children, as well as (2) phone numbers, such as a cell phone and an alternate contact.
- Please check the box if the child is disabled or has a special need, due to a disability, then explain the need in that comment section (example: child is visually impaired and needs a certain type of visual aid).
- If the family is homeless or has another life-changing crisis, please explain in the general comments section at the bottom of the application.
- Please list 5 or 6 gift suggestions for each family member and please be as specific as possible on clothing requests. Please indicate adult or child sizes for both clothing and shoes.
- NHBC does not provide gaming stations, such as Playstation, XBox, or Wii.
